Ok, we will be hosting a chili cook off on Sunday January 19th Rules so far Open Chili contest meaning bring your best chili whatever the ingredients. Contestants must be signed up no later than a week out.

Ok, we will be hosting a chili cook off on Sunday January 19th
Rules so far
Open Chili contest meaning bring your best chili whatever the ingredients.
Contestants must be signed up no later than a week out.
Looking to have between 12 and 20 contestants max, once the max number is reached registration will be closed.
Must bring at least a large croc pot of warm pre cooked chili.
It will be blind judging meaning you crock pot will be assigned a number for the judges to vote for, no contestants will be in the judging area while the judging is going on.
Contestants will need to be on site by 12:30 to submit their chili and a description of their chili for judging.
Judging will happen at between 12:30 and 1:00 after that chili will be open to the public for sampling.
No entry fee.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three contestants and bragging rights will be awarded only to one.
Patrons should get there early as we can not guarantee the chili wont run out.
