Whether you’re a yogi, surfer, adventure-seeker or wellness-inspired traveler, our shared intention is to offer you connection to yourself, your breath the ocean and the planet. Nestled 100 yards between the Atlantic Ocean and the Banana River our retreat house is the perfect spot for your surf, SUP and yoga adventure. Retreat to Cocoa Beach, FL (home of Kelly Slater) which offers warm, turquoize waters, sand ocean floor and the best waves for beginner to intermediate surfers. Nourish your body with plant based, vegan whole foods. Our retreat promises to leave you feeling rested, rejuvenated and replenished.

6:30-7:30am Sunrise Mind Set Gentle Yoga Class, Guided Visualization Surfing Meditation, and Pranayama with Nikki

7:30-9:30am Surf Lesson with Nikki & Steph

9:30-11:00am Break

11:00-1:00pm Private Yoga & Meditation Session

1:00-7:00pm R&R time (feel free to book additional private sessions or massage)

7:00pm Sunset Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga Class on the river with Stephanie
