"In 1988, I established the first Yen Yen in Brooklyn, N.Y. After two years, we sold the restaurant and moved to Cocoa Beach. We bought an English restaurant called the Prince of Wales and continued its operation until April 15, 1992. About three weeks later, Yen Yen Cocoa Beach was born."
