We combine all the fun of traditional summer camps plus the benefits of weight loss, enhanced fitness and self esteem with superb, proven results. Our program is highly supervised and offers delicious, portion controlled meals made with healthy, whole foods – camper tested and approved!

Camp Shane features nutrition education and cooking classes where campers learn how to prepare their favorite foods in a healthy manner. Additionally, we offer a variety of sports and fitness games, plus a huge array of fun, unique and calorie burning activities. Our Cognitive Behavioral Therapy sessions allow campers to discover what is driving them to overeat and teaches them how to change their behavior when they return home after camp.
