Responding to the question was always difficult and often resulted in "showing off” some backyard grilled fish. The response from even those who said they "don't like fish” was phenomenal, and the idea for Grills was born.
The finest quality local fish prepared using the healthiest and most delicious process available, marinating and grilling. After years of consideration and experimentation, Grills original location was built on the water's edge of Sunrise Marina and opened in 1997. Grills Riverside was opened in May of 2010.

Restaurant Atmosphere Food Service Cleanliness Bang for your Buck The Crowd Parking & Accessibility
Excellent waterside dining spot near the Pineda Causeway. Centrally located so it's great for meeting friends from Viera and points south (or north). Almost every table has a view of the water and even if it's raining you can sit under the roof and be in the open air.
Pros: Live music most nights. (Covid may change this.)
Cons: No reservations so be prepared to wait on busy weekend nights.
