1 PM for our YIN Yoga Therapeutic class!
?Take your 1st yoga class of 2020 here with us as we celebrate 14 years of being part of this great community! Choose to focus on YOU this year and start your year off right, being ONE with yourself and your health.
Class times on the 1's:
11:00 AM - 26 + 2 (90 min)
1:00 PM - Yin (75 min)
?We will have refreshments in between classes.
