Soldier City CrossFit is a CrossFit training gym serving clients in the St. Cloud, FL area. The CrossFit method uses constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. Your body is constantly challenged by workouts that are rarely repeated and incorporate movements humans perform every day, such as squats, pulling and pushing, and lifting. The goal of CrossFit training is to build physical skills in endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, balance, agility, and accuracy through the use of free-weights, kettlebells, Olympic rings & weights, medicine balls, plyometrics, rope climbs, tire flips, and much more during a coach-led WOD (workout of the day). We also offer a boot camp and agility training for those who may be a bit hesitant to jump directly into the CrossFit world. These are great for student athletes during off-season as well. Monday-Saturday Morning Schedule: 8AM, 9AM and 10 AM classes available. Monday-Friday Afternoon Schedule: 4PM, 5PM, 6PM, and 7PM classes available. Stop in and see us today!
